The officers of a savings bank shall be elected by the board of directors in accordance with the bylaws. The officers shall consist of a president, one or more vice-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer and any other officer the board designates by resolution. Officers shall have the duties and functions described in the articles of incorporation and bylaws and shall perform other duties that are designated by the board of directors.
