Transfers

As of January 1, 2003
(1) Subject to sub. (2) , a transfer may be made from one position to another only if specifically authorized by the administrator.
A transfer may be made from one position to another only if specifically authorized by the director.
(2) This section does not apply to an employee of the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board.
