Wisconsin veterans homes members fund

There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the Wisconsin veterans facilities members fund. The fund shall consist of moneys belonging to persons residing in Wisconsin veterans facilities, including members of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, that are paid to the home and veterans facilities and that are transferred into the fund by the department of veterans affairs under s. 45.37 (9c) .
