There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the health insurance risk-sharing plan fund, to consist of:
There is created a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the land information fund, consisting of moneys received under s. 59.72 (5) (a) .
(3) Insurer assessments under ch. 149 .
(4) Premiums paid by eligible persons under ch. 149 .
