Wis. Stat. § 3.14

Fourth congressional district

All of the following territory in Milwaukee County constitutes the 4th congressional district:

(1) The village of West Milwaukee.

(2) The cities of Cudahy, St. Francis, and South Milwaukee.

(3) That part of the city of West Allis comprising wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12 and that part of the city of West Allis comprising U.S. census tract 101800, blocks 1001, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, and 1012.

(4) That part of the city of Milwaukee located in the county.
