Military family financial aid

(1) In this section: (a) "Immediate family" means the spouse and dependent children of a service member who are residents of this state. (b) "Service member" means a member of a reserve unit of the U.S. armed forces or of the national guard who is a resident of this state and who is serving on active duty in the U.S. armed forces.
