The following vehicles shall be registered on a biennial basis:
(1) A motorcycle, moped, or low-speed vehicle, as specified in s. 341.25 (1) (b).
(2) A farm truck having a gross weight of 12,000 pounds or less, as specified in s. 341.26 (3)
