Every requisitioning agency shall provide the necessary printer's copy for a suitable title page, containing the name of the author for every book and other document which requires a title page; but no such publication shall have written or printed thereon, nor attached thereto, the words "Compliments of" followed by the name of the author, nor any other words of similar purport.
