Adequate compliance with commercial contract

The question whether a document is adequate to fulfill the obligations of a contract for sale or the conditions of a credit is governed by chs. 402 and 405 .
Whether a document of title is adequate to fulfill the obligations of a contract for sale, a contract for lease, or the conditions of a letter of credit is determined by ch. 402 , 405 , or 411 .
