Any person who violates this chapter or any rule promulgated under this chapter may be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or both.
Any person who violates this subchapter or any rule promulgated under this subchapter may be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or both.
