Section 11.1112 applies to:
(1) All insurers under s. 600.03 (27).
(2) Service insurance corporations under ch. 613.
(3) Cooperatives under s. 185.981 and insurers operating under subch. I of ch. 616.
(4) Motor clubs under ss. 616.71 to 616.82.
