Minor, ward of the court

From the time of application on behalf of a minor or of an incompetent person having no guardian for the disposition of property the minor or incompetent person shall be considered the ward of the court in which the application is made, so far as it relates to property, its proceeds and income.
From the time of application on behalf of a minor having no guardian for the disposition of property, the minor shall be considered the ward of the court in which the application is made, so far as it relates to property, its proceeds and income.
