Arsenic in wood

2001 a. 16; 2011 a. 32.

The department, jointly with the department of safety and professional services, shall review scientific evidence to determine whether there is a substantial likelihood that wood treated with copper, chromium, and arsenic is harmful to the environment or to human health.
