Power of the judge to act as intake worker

The duties of the intake worker may be carried out from time to time by the judge at his or her discretion, but if a request to file a petition is made, a citation is issued or a deferred prosecution agreement is entered into, the judge shall be disqualified from participating further in the proceedings.
