Grounds for challenge

As of May 1, 2021
(1) A person offering to vote may be challenged for the following reasons: Not a qualified elector;

(2) Not entitled to vote in the precinct;
(2) Not entitled to vote in the precinct;
(3) Name does not appear on poll list and the person cannot meet the requirements to register at the polls;

(4) Not the person he represents himself to be;
(4) Not the person he represents himself to be;
(5) Has already voted.

(6) For in person voting, failure to present acceptable identification immediately before voting at the polling place or absentee polling place.
