Issuance of license or compact privilege

The board shall issue a license to any individual who meets the requirements of this act, upon payment of the prescribed license fee.
The board shall issue a license to any individual who meets the requirements of this act or shall issue a compact privilege to any individual who meets the requirements of the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact under W.S. 33-40-202 through 33-40-216, upon payment of the prescribed fee.
