As of March 28, 1938
Section 3648 of the Revised Statutes (31 U.S.C. 529) 1 shall not apply to payments made for the Bureau of Customs 2 in foreign countries.
Section 3324(a) and (b) of title 31 shall not apply to payments made for the United States Customs Service in foreign countries.
