L. 102 325.
Another prior section 1132b, Pub. L. 89 329, title VII, §711, as added Pub. L. 96 374, title VII, §701, Oct. 3, 1980, 94 Stat. 1473, required submission of State plans, prior to the general revision of this subchapter by Pub. L. 99 498.
