Section 8202 · Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of subparts 1, 2, and 3 of this part $4,400,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary of1 each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

Of the funds appropriated pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, not more than 30 percent may be used for teachers associated with students participating in the programs described in section 8171(a) of this title.
