Section 1534 · Identification of additional imposed requirements

If a State or service delivery area imposes a requirement, including a rule, regulation, policy, or performance standard, relating to the administration and operation of programs funded by this chapter (including requirements based on State or service delivery area interpretation of any Federal law, regulation, or guideline) the State or area shall identify the requirement as a State- or service delivery area-imposed requirement.

1992—Pub. L. 102–367 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section consisted of subsecs. (a) to (d) relating to training programs for older individuals.
