Section 740 · State eligibility

Effective October 1, 1993, any State desiring to receive assistance under this part and part B of this subchapter shall prepare and submit to the Commissioner a statewide strategic plan for developing and using innovative approaches for achieving long-term success in expanding and improving vocational rehabilitation services, including supported employment services, provided under the State plan submitted under section 721 of this title and the supplement to the State plan submitted under part C of subchapter VI of this chapter.
