Section 14073 · Immunity for good faith conduct

State and Federal law enforcement agencies, employees of State and Federal law enforcement agencies, and State and Federal officials shall be immune from liability for good faith conduct under section 14072 1 of this title.

L. 104–236, to reflect the probable intent of Congress. Pub. L. 104–236, which enacted this section, contains no section 170102.

Section was enacted as part of the Pam Lychner Sexual Offender Tracking and Identification Act of 1996, and not as part of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 which enacted this chapter.
