(1) which read as follows: “The Secretary shall, not later than January 10, 1989, submit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives, and to the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate, a report describing the manner in which the Secretary intends to carry out subsection (a) of this section.”, struck out par. designation “(2)” before “The Secretary”, and substituted “not later than January 10, 1994, and every 2 years thereafter, submit” for “not later than January 10, 1991, and biannually thereafter, submit”.
