Section 4127 · Authorization of appropriations; availability

(a) There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may from time to time be necessary to carry out this chapter, including sums—

(c) There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary through December 31, 2001, for studies under this chapter. Any amount appropriated under this subsection shall remain available until expended.
