Section 1736bb-3 · Mission reports

Not later than 60 days after the completion of a mission under section 1736bb–1 of this title, the mission shall submit a report that contains the findings and recommendations of the mission in carrying out its responsibilities under sections 1736bb to 1736bb–6 of this title to the President, the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of State, and the Administrator.

L. 100–202, 101 Stat. 1329–445 to 1329–450, as amended, known as the Agricultural Aid and Trade Missions Act, which enacted sections 1726b and 1736bb to 1736bb–6 of this title, amended sections 1701, 1703, 1709, 1722, 1726, and 1726a of this title, and enacted provisions set out as a note under section 1691 of this title. Codification
Section was enacted as part of the Agricultural Aid and Trade Missions Act, and not as part of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 which comprises this chapter.
Amendments
1988—Pub. L. 100–418 substituted “This Act” for “this chapter” in the original, which was translated as “sections 1736bb to 1736bb–6 of this title”, requiring no change in text.
Change of Name
Committee on Foreign Affairs of House of Representatives treated as referring to Committee on International Relations of House of Representatives by section 1(a) of Pub. L. 104–14, set out as a note preceding section 21 of Title 2, The Congress.
