Section 4106 · Reports

Within ninety days after the close of each calendar year and immediately prior to the Board's expiration, the Board shall submit a written report to the Secretary, the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, and the House Committee on Agriculture. This report shall outline the activities undertaken by the Board since its inception or last annual report and shall include any findings and recommendations made to the Secretary during the reporting period.
