The town along with many suburban areas in the United States is seeing unprecedented growth in population. It used to be a bedroom community for the growing Warner Robins. The town is currently working to develop a type of downtown area. The plans include a double building road with buildings at both sides, street lamps, plants and flowers, fountains and much more. The town is trying to attract specialty stores to that area.
