Spring Park is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,717 at the 2000 census. It is located on Lake Minnetonka and has over 4 miles (6.4 km) of shoreline while being less than 1/2 square mile in area. It was incorporated in 1951 and at that time had a population of a little over 200. Its most well known business is Lord Fletcher's, a bar and restaurant on the lake.
