Cases involving people who have suffered an injury in a traffic accident on a motorcycle for which another driver may be at fault. A traffic collision may affect vehicles, their occupants, pedestrians, and animals and may result in injury, property damage and/or death. A number of factors contribute to the risk of collision including; motorcycle design, speed of operation, road design, and driver impairment. Tioga is an unincorporated village in northern Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is part of the Alexandria, Louisiana Metropolitan Statistical Area. It has long been served by Tioga High School, Tioga Junior High School, and Tioga Elementary schools. Tioga is also served by the Ward Ten Recreation District, which participates in Dixie Youth baseball and Dixie Girls softball. The Dixie Belles(ages 13–15) were the winner of the 2001 Dixie Belles World Series.
