Cases involving people who have suffered an injury in a traffic accident on a motorcycle for which another driver may be at fault. Powers is a village in Menominee County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 430 at the 2000 census. It was named for John Powers, a bookkeeper for a logging company that came into the area in the late 19th century. Powers is part of the Marinette, WI–MI Micropolitan Statistical Area.
