Cases involving people who have suffered an injury in a traffic accident on a motorcycle for which another driver may be at fault. A traffic collision may affect vehicles, their occupants, pedestrians, and animals and may result in injury, property damage and/or death. A number of factors contribute to the risk of collision including; motorcycle design, speed of operation, road design, and driver impairment. Zanoni is an unincorporated community located in Ozark County, Missouri on Route 181 about ten miles northeast of Gainesville. A watermill (doubling as a bed and breakfast) and a post office are all that remain of the community. The community was founded in 1898 and was named for the novel Zanoni by Edward Bulwer Lytton.
