Cases involving people who have suffered an injury in a traffic accident on a motorcycle for which another driver may be at fault. A traffic collision may affect vehicles, their occupants, pedestrians, and animals and may result in injury, property damage and/or death. A number of factors contribute to the risk of collision including; motorcycle design, speed of operation, road design, and driver impairment. Santo Domingo Pueblo is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sandoval County, New Mexico, in the United States and is located 25 miles (40 km) south of Santa Fe. As of the 2000 census, the CDP population was 2,550. It is part of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Pueblo is composed of Native Americans who speak an eastern dialect of the Keresan languages. The Pueblo celebrates an annual feast day on August 4 to honor their patron saint, St. Dominic, where more than 2,000 pueblo people participate in traditional corn dances.
