Grenora is a city in Williams County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 202 at the 2000 census. Grenora was founded in 1916. " The city is home to a senior citizen's center, a golf club, bowling alley, restaurant, bar, apartment buildings, and community built low-income housing.
