Each commissioner who is not also a state officer shall receive ten dollars ($10) for each day of actual service performed in carrying out his official duties pursuant to the directions of the commission, and each commissioner shall receive his actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in the performance of his official duties in behalf of the commission.
Each commissioner who is not also a state officer shall receive one hundred dollars ($100) for each day performing official duties pursuant to the direction of the commission, and each commissioner shall receive actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in performing official duties on behalf of the commission.
