Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 4474.3

The provisions of Section 10411 of the Public Contract Code shall not apply to any person who provides developmental services and supports to individuals transitioning from a developmental center to community living or to individuals with developmental disabilities at risk of admission to a developmental center, an institution for mental disease, an out-of-state placement, a general acute care hospital, or an acute psychiatric hospital, pursuant to Section 4474.2.
