The provisions of Section 10411 of the Public Contract Code shall not apply to any person who, in connection with the closures of Agnews Developmental Center or Lanterman Developmental Center, provides developmental services.
The provisions of Section 10411 of the Public Contract Code shall not apply to any person who provides developmental services and supports to individuals transitioning from a developmental center to community living or to individuals with developmental disabilities at risk of admission to a developmental center, an institution for mental disease, an out-of-state placement, a general acute care hospital, or an acute psychiatric hospital, pursuant to Section 4474.2.
