Canned cocktails — applicability — manufacture

Known as the Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Control Act

1. Unless otherwise provided by this chapter, the provisions of this chapter applicable to beer shall also apply to canned cocktails.

2. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a manufacturer of beer may obtain and possess alcoholic liquor from the department for the purpose of manufacturing canned cocktails.
