A determination of a person’s county of residence made in accordance with section 230.2 or 230.3 shall be sent by the court or the county to the regional administrator of the person’s county of residence. The certification shall be accompanied by a copy of the evidence supporting the determination. The regional administrator shall provide the certification to the region’s governing board, and it shall be conclusively presumed that the person has residence in a county in the notified region unless that regional administrator disputes the finding of residence as provided in section 225C.61.
