Iowa Code § 252K.103

State tribunal and support enforcement agency

Known as the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act

The act spans §§ 252K.101 to 252K.904 (78 sections).

1. Child support services when child support services establishes or modifies an order, upon ratification by the court, and the court, are the tribunals of this state.

2. Child support services created in section 252B.2 is the support enforcement agency of this state.
