Remedies provided by this chapter are cumulative and do not affect the availability of remedies under other law.
1. Child support services when child support services establishes or modifies an order, upon ratification by the court, and the court, are the tribunals of this state.
2. Child support services created in section 252B.2 is the support enforcement agency of this state.
