Eligible training

Sec. 6. (a) Eligible training must be job skills training that ties to an in demand occupation.
Sec. 6. (a) Eligible training must be job skills training that ties to an in demand occupation and leads to:
(1) for an eligible employee (including a high school student described in section 5.5 of this chapter) that is a new hire, a postsecondary credential, a nationally recognized industry credential, or specialized company training; or
(b) Eligible training does not include human resource training or job shadowing.
(2) for an eligible employee that is an existing worker: (A) a postsecondary credential, a nationally recognized industry credential, or specialized company training; and (B) an increase of wages. (b) Eligible training does not include human resource training or job shadowing.
