Ind. Code § 23-14-73-1

"Member of the armed forces"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "member of the armed forces" means an individual who served on active duty in the:

(1) United States Army;

(2) United States Navy;

(3) United States Air Force;

(4) United States Marine Corps;

(5) United States Space Force; or

(6) United States Coast Guard.
