"Member of the armed forces"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "member of the armed forces" means an individual who served on active duty in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States.
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "member of the armed forces" means an individual who served on active duty in the:
(1) United States Army;
(2) United States Navy;
(3) United States Air Force;
(4) United States Marine Corps;
(5) United States Space Force; or
(6) United States Coast Guard.
