Ind. Code § 8-15.5-2-3.2

Sec. 3.2. "Facility project" means a project to plan, design, acquire, construct, reconstruct, equip, improve, extend, expand, lease, operate, repair, manage, maintain, or finance a state park inn and related improvements at Potato Creek State Park that is or will be owned by or leased in the name of the state or the authority and is the subject of a public-private agreement under this article.
