"Facility project"

Sec. 3.2. "Facility project" means a project to plan, design, acquire, construct, reconstruct, equip, improve, extend, expand, lease, operate, repair, manage, maintain, or finance any of the following that are or will be owned by or leased in the name of the state or the authority and are the subject of a public-private agreement under this article:
Sec. 3.2. "Facility project" means a project to plan, design, acquire, construct, reconstruct, equip, improve, extend, expand, lease, operate, repair, manage, maintain, or finance a state park inn and related improvements at Potato Creek State Park that is or will be owned by or leased in the name of the state or the authority and is the subject of a public-private agreement under this article.
(1) A state park inn and related improvements in an existing state park located in a county with a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000).
(2) Larue D. Carter Memorial Hospital in Indianapolis.
