§ 219. Application and fee. Application for license as a food\nsalvager, upon a form prescribed by the commissioner, shall be made on\nor before June first in every other year for the license period\nbeginning July first following. The applicant shall satisfy the\ncommissioner of his character and that he has adequate physical\nfacilities for salvaging food and food products. If so satisfied, the\ncommissioner shall upon receipt of the license fee issue to the\napplicant a license which shall be non-transferable. The biennial\nlicense fee shall be one hundred dollars. Where a person operates more\nthan one salvage warehouse a separate license is required for each\nlocation.\n
