* § 507. Prohibitions. The sale, distribution or export of industrial\nhemp grown or cultivated pursuant to this article is prohibited.\n * NB Effective June 15, 2015\n
§ 507. Prohibitions. 1. Except as authorized by federal and state law,\nand rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, the growth,\ncultivation, sale, distribution or export of hemp is prohibited.\n 2. Hemp produced outside the state and sold or distributed in the\nstate shall meet all standards established for hemp under state law,\nrules and regulations.\n
