§ 119. Daily report concerning inmates. The superintendent of each\ncorrectional facility shall make a daily report to the commissioner of\ncorrection, stating the names of all inmates received into the facility\nduring the preceding day, the counties in which they were tried, the\ncrimes of which they were convicted, the nature and duration of their\nsentences, their former trade, employment or occupation, their habits,\ncolor, age, place of nativity, degree of instruction, and a description\nof their persons, and also stating whether any such inmates have ever\nbeen confined in any state or county correctional institution, and if\nso, stating the offense for which they were confined, and the duration\nof their punishment, and also stating in such report the names of all\nthe inmates transferred or released to the community or delivered to\nother governmental authority on the preceding day, and all other\nparticulars in relation to such persons that are required to be stated\nin relation to the inmates received in the facility.\n

The\nsuperintendent of each correctional facility shall make a daily report\nto the commissioner of correction, stating the names of all incarcerated\nindividuals received into the facility during the preceding day, the\ncounties in which they were tried, the crimes of which they were\nconvicted, the nature and duration of their sentences, their former\ntrade, employment or occupation, their habits, color, age, place of\nnativity, degree of instruction, and a description of their persons, and\nalso stating whether any such incarcerated individuals have ever been\nconfined in any state or county correctional institution, and if so,\nstating the offense for which they were confined, and the duration of\ntheir punishment, and also stating in such report the names of all the\nincarcerated individuals transferred or released to the community or\ndelivered to other governmental authority on the preceding day, and all\nother particulars in relation to such persons that are required to be\nstated in relation to the incarcerated individuals received in the\nfacility.\n
