Noncitizen incarcerated individuals of correctional facilities

§ 147. Alien inmates of correctional facilities. The commissioner\nshall within three months after admission of an alien inmate to a\ncorrectional facility cause an investigation to be made of the record\nand past history of such alien and shall upon the termination of such\ninvestigation cause the record of such alien, together with all facts\ndisclosed by such investigation, and his recommendations as to\ndeportation, to be forwarded to the United States immigration\nauthorities having such matters in charge.\n
§ 147. Noncitizen incarcerated individuals of correctional facilities.\nThe commissioner shall within three months after admission of a\nnoncitizen incarcerated individual to a correctional facility cause an\ninvestigation to be made of the record and past history of such\nnoncitizen and shall upon the termination of such investigation cause\nthe record of such noncitizen, together with all facts disclosed by such\ninvestigation, and his or her recommendations as to deportation, to be\nforwarded to the United States immigration authorities having such\nmatters in charge.\n
