§ 8603. Practice as a clinical laboratory technician and histological\ntechnician and the use of the titles "clinical laboratory technician"\nand "histological technician". No person shall practice as a clinical\nlaboratory technician or as a histological technician or hold himself or\nherself out as a clinical laboratory technician or a histological\ntechnician in this state unless he or she is certified or exempt\npursuant to this article, provided that an individual licensed as a\nclinical laboratory technologist, cytotechnologist, or clinical\nlaboratory technician may practice the profession of histological\ntechnician.\n
§ 8603. Practice as a clinical laboratory technician and\nhistotechnician and the use of the titles "clinical laboratory\ntechnician" and "histotechnician". No person shall practice as a\nclinical laboratory technician or as a histotechnician or hold himself\nor herself out as a clinical laboratory technician or a histotechnician\nin this state unless he or she is certified or exempt pursuant to this\narticle, provided that an individual licensed as a clinical laboratory\ntechnologist, cytotechnologist, histotechnologist, or clinical\nlaboratory technician may practice the profession of histotechnician.\n
